What to Expect

What the Consultation Covers

The consultation is a free conversation with Drew Green, CPA, about where your business stands and which services it needs. That can be accounting and bookkeeping, CFO and controller work, business tax returns, individual tax returns or payroll. Afterwards you get a proposal based on the services you need.

Book a time on Drew’s calendar above, call (407) 952-0496, or send the form at the top of the page. The office is at 2750 Taylor Ave Suite A-9 in Orlando, open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Drew also works with clients outside Orlando.

Justin Beard, who uses the practice for monthly bookkeeping and the annual return, wrote in his Google review: “I encourage all my friends to schedule a meeting to go over their services.”

What to Bring

If you have these papers to hand, they show where things stand. The lists come from the IRS and the Florida Department of Revenue.

For a personal return
The IRS checklist starts with the Social Security number or ITIN for everyone on the return, Forms W-2 from employers, and the Forms 1099 that report other income, such as 1099-NEC for contract work, 1099-K for payment card and online marketplace payments and 1099-INT for interest. It also lists last year’s adjusted gross income, your IP PIN if the IRS issued one, and home mortgage, property tax and charitable donation records if you itemize. Payers usually send these forms in January or February.
For a business
The last federal return the business filed shows how it is taxed: Form 1065 for a partnership, Form 1120-S for an S corporation or Form 1120 for a C corporation. Partnerships and S corporations also give each owner a Schedule K-1, and a corporation, or an LLC taxed as one, files Florida’s Form F-1120.
If you have employees
The quarterly federal Form 941 filings, Florida’s quarterly reemployment tax reports (Form RT-6), and last year’s Forms W-2 and W-3.
