Where most people start
What do you actually need?
Most clients need one of five services: bookkeeping, CFO and controller work, business returns, individual returns or payroll. Every service starts with the same free consultation.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Monthly books kept current and reconciled by a CPA, so you always know where the business actually stands.
A CPA keeps the books and reconciles them each month.
CFO & Controller Services
The financial oversight of a controller or CFO, without carrying one on payroll.
A CPA reads your reconciled books and explains what they mean for margins, cash and hiring.
Business Tax Returns
Business returns prepared and filed by the CPA who already knows your books.
Drew is a Certified Public Accountant, and he is the one preparing and signing the return.
Tax Preparation
Personal returns prepared by a CPA, not a seasonal storefront and not a piece of software.
Drew signs the return and answers any questions about it later.
Payroll
Payroll run properly and tied back to the books, by the CPA who keeps them.
Because the books and the payroll sit with the same person, the wage accounts reconcile and the quarterly filings match what was actually paid.

How It Works
What Working With Us Actually Involves
It starts with a free consultation with Drew: a look at where your books stand and what it would take to get them current.
If it makes sense to continue, Drew sends you a proposal and the figure before anything begins. Bookkeeping is billed monthly and tax returns per return; CFO and controller, payroll and advisory work is quoted in the proposal after the consultation.
From there the work is monthly: accounts reconciled against the bank statements, the month closed, and the reports walked through with you.
Who We Help
Who We Work With
Small businesses and individuals across Orange and Seminole counties.
Often something has changed: a first hire, a lender asking for financial statements, or a tax preparer sending back a list of missing records.
The Sequence
Why the Books Come First
Payroll filings, tax returns and forecasts all start from the books. A quarterly Form 941 is only right if the wage accounts behind it are right, and a lender asking for financial statements wants reconciled ones.
So the usual order is cleanup first, then monthly bookkeeping, then payroll or CFO and controller work once the accounts tie to the bank statements.
